🚩Another FL Constitution Class by Gov Ron DeSantis on 10-22-24 regarding warning on proposed radical changes to FL law with Amendment 4 - Abortion Referendum - it’s not what you would think. 🤔

Most US laws & FL law requires a licensed physician to perform Abortions. That means an even a clerk at Planned Parenthood is technically a health care provider that can provide Abortion services and green light an Abortion up to Birth for virtually any reason
(Our current FL law defines a time limit). This #4 proposal is a radical departure of displacing Physicians & time limits.

Viability is not defined which can be up to 6 months to Abort pregnancy for no reason whatsoever.

Current FL law is, if baby survives an abortion requires life saving measures.
