This closing was a tough one that almost fell apart a few times but we made it through! We had so many obstacles (CHICKENS WERE ONE OF THEM LOL) but I held strong for my seller and we made it work! I am very excited for both buyer and seller and am so happy for their new chapters ahead! I am so extremely grateful for Cindy Klein at First International Title for all the work she does! She truly is a gem. No one knows how much title does in the background and without her I probably would not have gotten this one closed and also many others! 20 years ago this month I signed up for real estate school! I was 18 years old and had absolutely zero clue what a mortgage was 🤣 I worked as an agent with my parents and worked my way through college!I can remember using map quest for my showings and would have a straight up panic attack when a client wanted to see something that I didn’t print out because I didn’t know how to get there! I asked for a GPS navigation system for my 19th birthday I could put in my car LOL which made it a lot easier until I got to places that were closed because the roads were changing (West Virginia Dr anyone….).

I took a long hiatus when I turned 22 and came back in 2019 to a different world. I had to start completely from scratch which was terrifying but I did it! My first year back I sold 4 homes (1 of those including my own!). Things have changed a LOT since back then. But I look back at that 18 year old who knew nothing but buying True Religion Jeans and Forever 21 clothes and I am really proud of her. She was in an adult world just trying to fit in! I always say one of the best things my parents ever did for me was get me to go to license. I will be forever grateful ❤️ Happy 20 years to me! This was my first card I ever had!!
