Misconception #1: Can’t afford the down payment

Reality: Down payment for a home purchase can cost the same as first, last and security for a new lease agreement. Some programs even allow you to buy with $0 down.

Misconception #2: Can’t afford the mortgage payment

Reality: In most cases mortgage payments will cost less than monthly rent payments.

Misconception #3: Credit score is too low

Reality: Some programs allow for credit scores in the 500’s or no score at all

FHA | No credit score needed – 3.5% down payment

Conventional | 620 credit score – 3% down payment

VA | No credit score needed – 0% down payment

Jumbo | 660 credit score – 5% down payment
