🏠 **The Circle of Influence in Real Estate**

Real estate can be unpredictable. Interest rates change, sellers reject offers, inspections reveal surprises, contractors experience delays, and deals sometimes fall apart.

The key is learning where to focus our energy:

🟣 **What I can control**

My preparation, attitude, follow-up, due diligence, numbers, communication and consistency.

🟠 **What I can influence**

Negotiations, relationships with sellers, contractor performance, financing options and the progress of a transaction.

🔵 **What I cannot control**

Market changes, another person’s decisions, unexpected repairs, appraisal results and the final outcome.

Successful investors do not control every result. We make responsible decisions, remain consistent, learn from each experience and trust God with what is beyond our control.

Instead of asking, “How can I control this outcome?” perhaps we should ask:

**“What is the wisest action I can take with what is in my hands today?”**
