Leilani had been looking for land she could eventually build on and have as a base to camp out with her grandkids. This property was the perfect fit- an easy walk to the beach, sunny and level, with a well and power already on site. We saw it and jumped right on it!

For locals, nothing says “Spring IS here” quite like the first hot dog of the season from 🌭

I went with the Not So Plain Jane and stole some jalapeños from my husband’s Seattle Dog. Perfect sunny Sunday lunch!

I love that I can still make the same hot dog order I had here when I a kid (pure nostalgia!) -but they’ve also expanded the menu with some new and interesting dogs too for when you’re feeling adventurous.😄

Did you know you can get a hot dog punch card and if you eat your way through the whole dog menu you get a free shirt!? 👕

This was a many month home search with a number of factors involved affecting timing: another property to sell in a different county, the price of this property inching down over months through price adjustments to make it feasible, and not to mention a baby being born in the middle of their search!

We got there in the end! It really feels like this home (and the market) were waiting for this family to be ready to make a move. 🏡

When John decided he was ready to sell this beautiful building that he had so carefully maintained, it was the perfect timing for John and Garrett to step up and secure a permanent home for their business. From tenants to owners! ✨

William James Bookseller has found its new owners! 🎉

What an honor it’s been to be involved with the sale of this iconic bookstore that I’ve been going to since I was a child. 📖

This business is now in the hands of a wonderful, local family! It’s an excellent fit and I’m so excited for all involved.
