I have a couple of things in escrow, a few listings coming up and several irons in the fire, and spending a day with these two is still my favorite. I could argue that they are all necessary, although the latter satiates my heart in a way the others cannot. I spent many years of my life desiring to make as much money as possible and found that, for me, even though I accomplished this goal on many levels, it did not provide happiness. To be fair, I still have money worries from time to time, as I'm sure most do; but IMO it's a "price," I'm willing to pay for my children...for my wife, for myself, and for our family. God gave me the best gifts/life in the world, and I strive every day, to honor that, to be better. I have found that the more I live my life to these ends: the better I am, the happier I am and the healthier I am; not just for myself, but for all that are around me. 🙏
