A 55+ Cohousing Condominium Community in Port Townsend that was successfully built by its residents.

We are a fun-loving group of adults over 55, enjoying such activities as rowing, biking, walking and hiking, band conducting, playing musical instruments, sailing, singing, crafting, camping, dancing, fixing meals together, talking over coffee, and gardening. We have successfully built a community with a neighborhood design that encourages a strong sense of community centered around a common house with complete participatory resident management while also balancing household privacy.

Happy Valentine’s Day from Quimper Village. We celebrated with a potluck brunch. Eyal, Irene’s grandson, hand crochet heart pins for all of us. We pretty much agreed we love Cohousing.
