As we celebrate National Engineers Week, it is important to note that what we do at QES matters because infrastructure matters. Every drainage system, roadway, development plan, and wastewater improvement we design supports real communities and real families. Our work protects property, enables growth, and strengthens the foundation of the communities we work in and with.

Our mission is simple: deliver engineering, surveying, and program management solutions with quality — Every day and Every time.

Our vision is clear: be the preferred partner from concept to completion.

That glorious annual moment when QES temporarily presses pause on designing roads, planning drainage, and managing projects… to strategically launch frozen poultry down a lane in the name of team bonding.

Yes, the turkeys will “fly.”
No, OSHA is not invited.

🏆 Who will claim the coveted Frozen Turkey Bowling Trophy?
Will Survey strike gold?
Will an engineer, engineer a win?
Will Admin pull off a surprise upset?

What a turnout! Our Annual Thanksgiving Gumbo was an absolute home run — the perfect blend of good food, big laughs, and the kind of team energy that reminds us why QES is more than a workplace. When the roux is right and the tent is full, you know it’s a good day. 😄🔥

But this event isn’t just about gumbo (even though it was incredible 😋). It’s about who we are as a team and what we stand for.
