🎁 I had to stop by today to drop off her gift and thank her for trusting me as her Realtor on this one.

🏃‍♀️Keri was out for a run in her neighborhood one morning, and saw my sign in someone’s front yard. She saw how fast I was able to sell it and said, “That’s my guy!”

🎉 Excited to announce these two homes are under contract!

🏡 One of these fine properties was not on the market, but I was able to help my clients secure it. They’ve been renting it for a few years and had the opportunity to purchase it from their landlord. I can’t wait for them to call it their own!

🏠 The other house ended up being the perfect fit for a very sweet couple. I had the opportunity to meet them at one of the open houses I hosted for my client.

After answering their questions, and reaching out to their Realtor, we were able to accept an offer. I’m thrilled for my seller!

🏆 Open houses are a great way to market a property and expose it to more people. Sometimes you have to put in the extra time and effort for your client. 💪🏼
