There was a little delay, but I received my Ruby Award trophy today and filled out my award shelves in my office. I was so proud of these achievements, but having the last of the hardware up there makes it feel real. 🏆

Thinking back, my journey has been a whirlwind. It's had its ups and downs, and a couple moments when I questioned whether I was doing the right thing, but I kept moving forward, helped so many friends, families, and strangers who went out on a limb, all of whom trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their whole life. It's something I'm proud of, and having the support of everyone around me (especially my kids) has reminded me that I'm doing good.

This business is one where your priorities can be lost quickly, but my wife, my kids, my friends and family have helped to keep my compass steady, and the growth made by everyone in my office and company with our common goals really illustrates that you can be successful and make a meaningful impact for the good of the world. These trophies don't just remind me of what I do, but the kind of work and achievements that this company celebrates for everyone.

5 years in full time sales, and 5 years of awards to show for it.

Now my role has changed. My achievements are no longer my own, but based on the success and achievements of our team here at Century 21 Affiliated - Portage, MI. I won't be waiting for more plaques or glassware with my name; now I get to celebrate when our agents reach those heights and meet their goals and dreams.
