Two clients pending in the last two weeks. Congrats!

In a market that’s always shifting, sometimes subtly & sometimes noticeably, success comes down to strategy. Whether it’s pricing a home to sell or knowing exactly how to structure an offer that wins, intentionality is everything.

I’m pretty proud of this accomplishment! Less than two full years in the business, and I’ve done over $2M in volume in my second year alone. It’s a great accomplishment, especially for an independent agent, and I’ve worked my butt off to get there.
