What do I actually do all day as a real estate agent in Kalamazoo? šŸ¤”

Apparently, a lot of things that would get some serious side eye in any other career. šŸ˜‚

At this point, photographing the mechanicals in a home, knowing strangersā€™ financial histories, and getting emotionally attached to houses I donā€™t even own all feel completely normal.

What can I say, Iā€™m just a girl whose needs are basic and Iā€™m proud of it šŸ«¶šŸ¼šŸšŸ‚
If you havenā€™t gone, you absolutely need to check out Gull Meadow Farms.
It was absolutely the best way to spend the most gorgeous fall day at the farm.

If I could buy some land but still be close to my favorite places, this is the one I would buy.
Will it be easy?
Absolutely not.
I would have to connect all utilities.
But it would be mine.
Buying land would definitely be the one investment that I wish I wouldā€™ve done sooner.

Look, Iā€™m here to watch out for my clientsā€™ best interests. Even when Iā€™m in the middle of getting my hair done.

Real story.
The security system was included in the purchase agreement and at the time of walkthrough, the system had been removed.
Sellers did in fact have to pay to install security system and they even prepaid for 6 months of service to the buyers.
