The buyers who win in Kalamazoo, aren't the ones who waited for the perfect market...

They're the ones who got creative and made a plan while everyone else waited on the sidelines.

Here's what we did:
1. We got fully preapproved before submitting an offer. This means we didn’t go “window shopping” and risk falling in love with a house and missing out on being able to write an offer instantly.

2. We shortened inspection contingencies. We knew we had to be quick and with the right connections to a vast list of inspectors we were able to get that scheduled quickly.

3. We listened to what the sellers needed, which was time. My clients were flexible enough to wait longer to close to accommodate the sellers needs and also allowed the sellers to remain in the house for a bit extra after closing so as to not rush them moving.

The right offer is more than just throwing more money in an offer.
