🦃 Thanksgiving & Local Resources
FREE Thanksgiving Dinner: North Park Reformed Church is providing a free Thanksgiving dinner. You MUST sign up to get a meal. All delivery requests must be received by November 7, 2025. Details on page 6 of the newsletter.

Need Local Assistance? We've included resources like the Food Bank Network and Pantry Net for residents who may need help during the ongoing government shutdown. You can also call 211 for support.

🚧 Important Community Updates
Office Staff Change: We're excited to announce that Josi Munn will be onsite Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as the Assistant Community Manager, effective November 1, 2025.

Maintenance & Upgrades: Look out for a detailed flyer soon about the new entry system being installed! Work is also continuing on hallway/stairwell lighting.

Electric Scooter Storage: Starting December 1, 2025, electric scooters must be stored inside your unit or they will be considered a lease violation.

🍎 Health & Safety Reminders
Cold & Flu Season: Please stay in your unit until you are symptom-free to keep our community healthy.

COLA Increases: The Social Security cost-of-living adjustments are coming soon. Remember: NEVER give out personal information to anyone claiming to be from Social Security unless you've verified their identity. Bring your 2024 COLA letters to the office for recertification.
