Boy, I’ll tell ya… 2026 is RAMPING UP with showings and potential listings. Two different clients out shopping today. 2 inspections this week. 2nd showing on a lake home tomorrow. Another client I’m showing in Portage. Comping a listing tonight and an offer being drafted when I get home Whew!
