Mirando hacia atrás, me hubiera gustado haber obtenido la preaprobación antes de comenzar a buscar casa. Me ahorró semanas de idas y vueltas. También habría contratado a un agente del comprador desde el principio para identificar costos ocultos y ayudarme a mantener mi presupuesto bajo control. Esas dos decisiones redujeron el estrés y hicieron que todo el proceso fuera mucho más sencillo.

Looking back, I wish I’d gotten pre‑approved before house hunting—it saved weeks of back‑and‑forth. I’d also have hired a buyer’s agent early to spot hidden costs and keep my budget in check. Those two moves cut the stress and made the process way smoother.
