Yesterday’s What Moves Her Oregon event was small but mighty. 💛✨

Thank you so much to everyone who showed up, shared your stories, made connections, and helped make the evening so inspiring. There’s something pretty incredible about getting a group of women together and seeing the conversations, ideas, encouragement, and opportunities that come from simply being in the same room.

And, of course, proof that you never know where a connection might lead… a deal even happened at the event! 🤝🏡 Sometimes business happens in the places and moments you least expect it.

Today was one for the books. 🏡✨

This condo officially closed today, and while the final result looks effortless, the journey was anything but.

This was easily one of the most challenging listings I've had. I've dealt with sale fails before, but never four on the same property. We had buyer after buyer who simply wasn't committed, and there were definitely moments when it would've been easy to question the strategy.

Instead, we stayed the course.

We trusted the marketing. We trusted the pricing strategy. We stayed creative. Most importantly, we trusted the value of the home.

And in the end? It paid off.
