On Instagram (FB technology difficulties 🤣!) … I attached a song to this post is titled “Lost in the Moment.”

Being “lost in the moment” can mean that you are focusing on the present… which can bring you a sense of joy, increased happiness & productivity, and an overall deeper connection to what’s around you. This feeling…is how my business has been going. 🥰

My Quarter 3… into Quarter 4 🤭😉 business was enjoyable…my clients, & I were happy, and we built strong relationships while talking daily through consultations and negotiations. I’ve been invited into new homes for new clients & back into sold homes of past clients.

⭐️ Q1 Update ⭐️

A lot of you know that I was a teacher before becoming a real estate agent. What I’ve loved most about real estate is that I still get to teach! I teach my clients to get the BEST price for their homes - this includes writing offers (for buyers) and pricing strategically (for sellers).

My Quarter 1… Look at these results 🎊🎉

🙌NONE of my buyers paid over asking for their new home. 👏ALL of my closed Sellers received at least asking price for their home.

The market is very much still a Sellers market - Sellers are getting what they list for. My buyers though, had huge success negotiating prices and finding overpriced inventory 🤫

My goal is to continue to connect with my local community and educate people on the buying and selling process.

From showings, open houses, consultations, it’s been a busy year!

Through this process, I have felt a lot of gratitude for my friends and families. Whether you have been a client of my business or have been a cheerleader on the side, THANK YOU!

As many of you know, I was a former elementary school teacher. Teaching & helping others has always been a passion of mine. I’m so happy to continue to teach & help my clients buy & sell their homes! ⭐️

Up next this year… travel with my husband and visit new places with my family, workout at my favorite gym with my friends and sell real estate. What’s up next for you in 2025?

When we first began looking for a multifamily, we had a day full of showings in Bath. In between our showings, we went to Bath’s Farmers Market. I remember the farmers market being a factor that made me excited to live here.

Before shopping for a home, it’s important to connect with your agent about your timeline, ideal locations, and price point. I offer complimentary home buyer consultations to guide my buyers through these first steps.

Are you wondering what inventory and prices are like in this area?

The MLS reports 58 homes are for sale in Sagadahoc.
27 of these homes are under $500,000 💵

Interests rates are predicted to drop soon, but the latest question is….should you wait⁉️ It depends.

As more buyers & sellers enter the market with a lower interest rate…inventory could go up ⬆️, but… home prices might also go up ⬆️ with more active buyers & competition for these homes everyone has been waiting for.

I encourage my buyers to get connected with a lender right away. This way, they know what their options & when we find the right home, we are ready to go 👏
