It took a year. But WOW 😍
This adorable 1890's little cottage had the life brought back to her. We completely transformed her. She's the best looking gal on the block now!!

So happy to finally have this house go live for a short term rental!
Within 5 minutes of going live, it was fully booked through the end of the year!

I just love this feature I created in the huge walk in closet of this vacation rental!!
You don't have to trek down the stairs to the kitchen to get your coffee in the morning or to have a lovely glass of wine on the balcony off the main bedroom in the evening!!

Sneak peek...

The demo is almost complete!
Designs have been submitted to the city. Once approved, we get to do all the fun pretty stuff!

This turn of the century house has some spectacular old growth wood!

We will be closing on our second house deal before the end of the month!

We are working hard on achieving our goals!

So excited to be closing tomorrow on this little gem, boy o boy did we get a good deal!!!! I've already drawn up the new floor plan, contractors are ready to start next week! We are ready to rock and roll and already have our next house purchase lined up! Stay tuned to watch the dramatic changes to our little gem AND what we have up our sleeve for our next purchase!
