Congratulations to my clients on their first home together right before the new year!!

We were able to negotiate an amazing deal on this property and not to mention all the major things a buyer would worry about was already taken care of.

A special thanks to Vinny Rodriguez for being able to get them preapproved so quickly and getting them a great rate at the same time!

I can't wait to see how they style this home to make their own and all the new memories they will make.

Woohoo!!

When I met these clients, they wanted to wait until next year to start seriously searching but one of my favorite things to say is "Your dream home may become available when you least expect it".

It was on the market for less than a week before we swooped in and got our offer accepted.

Man, I think this one takes the cake for best negotiated price to date.

When my clients reached out about this home, we wrote the offer same day. Unfortunately the seller had taken another offer but since I stayed in touch, I was first to know when the buyer terminated. Because of that, we were able to swoop in and get this investment property for $130,000 below list price!!!

My clients lived 4 hours away but that didn't stop me from making the drive to get signatures because if 8 hours of driving meant my clients had the chance to have this home, it was worth it.

Can't wait to see what happens with their TLC!

My client (who was a referral from my grandma) was presented an opportunity to move to another home in this same park and when we went on market, immediately we had showing requests due to how great of a job she did with remodeling.
