It has been an absolute crazy roller coaster ride since I decided to make the jump and go independent at Brantley Christianson Real Estate, OR & WA.
To say it was easy would be a lie, but after being here for a little less than a year, I can truly say it is where I want to be. I get to work with a great team of like minded independent agents who are all rooting for each other to succeed, but they also hold their own career in their hands. It’s a pretty special group. I’ve been very grateful to all of my friends and clients who have trusted me with their real estate needs from day one!

We had an awesome June and July of houses going pending! Happy to say that all five of my active listings are either closed or pending right now! Two of them went pending less than 24 hours on the market. Both of those were homes my investor clients bought and flipped. They did an amazing job and we are looking for a couple new houses!

My well cared for manufactured home in Newberg lasted two days!

I had two listings that were settling in to the market, but after a little patience, both went pending while I was in Hawai’i.

After that nice long overdue vacation to Hawai’i with the wifey, it’s time to get back on the horse! If you or anyone you know is looking to buy or sell, I’m happy to help!
