Door of the Day: This 1968 split entry in Tigard was definitely the treat of the weekend! This home was fabulously modernized about 10+ years ago: opening up the kitchen to the living room, refinishing the glorious original oak floors (that were probably covered with s**g carpet for at least 20 of its 50+ years), and creating a full suite in the lower part. I love it and think it'll go fast!

Built in 1975, this one level gem has been fantastically updated, including this glorious backyard. One step at a time: close on the sale of their Bend house, then I can give them the keys. Can’t wait!

Door of the Day: I love to dine alfresco, and whenever we do, I think it feels like we're on vacation. Breakfast, lunch, coffee, happy hour, dinner, after dinner, doesn't matter... every chance I get, I take it!
