Despite the lack of inventory, there are still a lot of opportunities in today's market and this home that my buyer clients purchased today is a perfect example of this.

Homes that are perfect and move-in-ready are still selling very quickly. However properties that need some updates are taking longer to sell and have more room for negotiations.

This home is a great example of the latter. It may need a new roof and in need of some cosmetic updates, but we were able to obtain this home for a great price!

List Price: $549,950
Purchase Price: $503,250

With the necessary updates I believe this home could sell for around $750,000-$825,000 so I am looking forward to see the transformation.
