Huge congratulations to Jenny jehefele on closing on her first home today! Jenny was kind and enthusiastic the whole time and she knew her house when she saw it. We were able to negotiate some fantastic repairs and she is moving into a great house with a gorgeous garden, lovely hidden oasis of a backyard, and the perfect amount of charming-as-heck house! Yay! Jenny’s work as a school nurse just wrapped for the summer so there is plenty of time to putter. Happy nesting!!
