We had a fabulous time in Victoria BC this weekend. Fun & inspiring spaces and buildings everywhere you look. Not to mention epic parks and gardens! 6 hours from Portland. We caught a sunny couple of days and now it’s back to reality, fingers crossed we can get on the ferry.

Huge congrats to my first-time buyer, Taylor. He found an oasis in and, as luck would have it, he made an offer on the same day as someone else. We went into back up and crossed our fingers. I had a good feeling about it - we both just knew it was his house. A few days later we found out we were moving into first position. He was thrilled! Nothing else we saw compared to this one. The gardens are vast and the backyard is a private sanctuary. I’m so excited for Taylor! 🎉🏡🥳🍾
