Over the moon for my most recent buyers and their landing of this AMAZING home on Middle Range. Spring is around the corner and we're seeing additional signs that the housing market is bottoming. The Fed raised rates again (+25 bps) but mortgage rates are now super close to 6%. Affordability and demand are definitely improving -- FINALLY!
