This one couldn’t have gone any quicker or smoother. The house was beautiful but it needed some prep to make it shine. So my clients and I followed our game plan to a T and ultimately sold over the asking price. The best part, it took 35 days from start to closing! After being home to my clients for the past 14 years, a new family is soaking it all in this summer. They’re enjoying the sound of birds, watching ducks swim by, and might even spot a beaver now and then. Just sold this cute little condo in Bethany Village. My clients and I navigated an out-of-state move, extensive renovations, multiple offers, sale fail (yes it happens), an HOA kerfuffle, all before they needed to be on an international flight right after closing. Whew! All worth it for a standing invitation to visit them in sunny AZ anytime. 😎

Today was a great day to hand my buyers the keys to their new home. They needed more space for their growing family and this house fit the bill. A main floor office perfect for WFH. An updated kitchen with enough storage for all of mama’s cooking gadgets. A dedicated space for home schooling their kids. A new large deck from which they can enjoy beautiful PNW summers. A quiet cul-de-sac where the kids can safely be outside away from high traffic street. They now have space inside and out. And it was so exciting to hear their plans for their new home today.
