Started with Networth in 2014. Even though I was there for just about a year before transitioning to San Diego, I got inspired by the people I worked with there. There was just a solid competitive group with ambition, some where planning to open up their own markets. I came in to a culture of growth, great leadership and an office that was putting up great numbers, I was hooked. Planted the seed and I opened up my own market 5 years later. My favorite thing about working at Networth Realty of Portland is the the opportunity for Growth. All the resources that are available to individuals to scale their own business. I love seeing others improve their lives, help their families, make investments on their own! Its what this is about.

“Gaddy was AMAZING! he gave us the best value for our home we found, and on top of that he was willing to work around our crazy timelines, and needs! We needed to have this house sold so we could use funds form it to purchase our new house. So we closed on it early (Was SUPER flexible with this!) and then allowed us to remain in the house for a week in order for the new house to close, and get us moved out!
He was super responsive to texts, and calls throughout the entire process, and we cannot wait to see what he does with the old house!
