Last July, a very dear friend shared her 5-yr plan with me. Four months later, she and her husband were closing on their new home. Then another 5 months, and their previous property is ready to go on the market. I continue to strive for becoming genuine friends with my clients, and it’s always even more special when an existing friend asks me to be a part of their house hunting/selling journey.
