What will a home inspection really cost you? Well, it depends on the square footage of the home. However, the value of knowing you are getting a good home is priceless! An inspection allows you to find those little things that on the outside look good, but may cause you major problems in the long run.

Find an inspector with good reviews, that is licensed, bonded and insured. It’s not too much to ask what types of reports they send back to you. Will it include pictures with a short description? Will there be long written explanations? Do your homework or ask your realtor (that’s me!!) for recommendations of people they have worked with who have done an excellent job.
