My sweet buyers and their precious girl, Wednesday, were my most dedicated Open House attendees this past year 🏡

By the time they were ready to start making offers, they were well-versed on the Portland Real Estate Market 💪🏼

Armed with TONS of knowledge, they went into negotiations like seasoned pros. This cute abode was snatched up under list price, with a seller credit for closing costs. The best part? It has a full basement just ready to be finished and a VIEW out the kitchen of Rocky Butte 🤍

I've no doubt these three will be making their mark on this new home of theirs, and I can't wait to see what they get done as homeowners 🎉

H O M E for the Holidays 🍾✨

Good golly these gorgeous humans sprinted to the finish line on their very first home purchase! With a 15 day closing over a very busy two weeks, we're all feeling a little wiped from all that excitement 😅

Good thing they have this insanely awesome home to cozy up in this winter! I'm picturing them cuddled up next to the warm fire, watching movies in their finished basement and ME just chilling with my new friends in their incredible new home 🍷

Happy Valley was home to me for over 20 years, so it's close to my heart. I adore helping others fulfill their dreams of living in this lovely place!
