So excited for my first-time homebuyer clients who just closed on their very first home! 🏡 This property feels so special—it was owned by the same seller for 50 years, who kept the interior virtually untouched.
Navigating a For Sale By Owner home isn’t always easy, but my clients did an incredible job every step of the way and the seller’s were such a wonderful family to work with and were excited for my clients to become the next care takers of this home. We were able to secure significant closing credits from the seller and negotiate major repairs, including crawl space work and a new electrical panel (ask me all about Federal Pacific Electrical Panels).
