A little bit about me~

I was born on the east coast in the colonial town of Fredericksburg, Virginia. At a young age my parents who are both teachers moved to Costa Rica where I spent most of my childhood. I’m still so grateful for that experience and everything that it taught me, I literally would not be who I am today without it! After traveling around for a while I found myself visiting some friends who were living in inner SE Portland and fell in love with its diverse culture and surrounding wilderness. I decided to make it home and have been living in the Kenilworth neighborhood for the past 8 years now. Which officially makes this the longest I have ever lived in one place!

After years of serving, bartending, and managing in the hospitality industry, I was ready for a change. When a friend mentioned he was thinking about Real Estate I looked into it and felt that it was a great match for my skillset. What drew me to Real Estate further was the desire to learn about the market by helping others through the process of buying or selling their own home! The satisfaction of helping people find what they are looking for, educating them along the way, and cultivating new relationships has always been the most rewarding parts of any job I've had. Being a realtor provides me with ample opportunities to do all of that on a weekly basis!

When I'm not working I’m usually headed out to the surrounding waterfalls with my 7 year old son Aviram. We love spending time exploring the rivers and forests of the Columbia gorge and Mt. Hood wilderness! I love photography and will often take little trips to spend some time with the night sky and snap some photos of the milky way. I’ve also found a strong community at Portland’s 10th Planet Jiu Jitsu and have been studying there for over 4 years now. The practice of studying a martial art has brought so much joy, balance, and inspiration to my life. Very few things have shown me as much about myself as training and competing in Jiu Jitsu. When I'm looking to relax though, laying in my hammock with my guitar or a book is where you’ll find me.
