Hay algo que quiero que sepas antes de comprar casa:

Que el banco te preste cierta cantidad NO significa que tengas que gastártela toda.

Y sí, ya sé que cuando encuentras una casa que te encanta, empiezas a imaginar dónde va el sillón, qué color vas a pintar la cocina y hasta dónde vas a poner el arbolito de Navidad. 😂

Pero primero hay que hacer números.

Porque la mensualidad no es el único gasto, y comprar casa no debería significar que ahora todo tu sueldo tiene dueño.

Le dije que no comprara esa casa.

Y no porque estuviera fea. 😂

La casa estaba bonita, la zona estaba bien y, técnicamente, mi clienta podía comprarla.

Pero una cosa es poder comprar algo y otra muy diferente es que sea una buena decisión financiera para tu vida.

Hicimos números.

Y los números no me gustaron.

Así que la dejamos pasar.

Porque mi trabajo no es encontrar la manera de que compres una casa a como dé lugar.

Es ayudarte a entender qué puedes comprar, qué te conviene y cuándo tiene sentido hacer el movimiento.

A veces la mejor decisión es comprar.

Y a veces es decir: no esta.

Y seguir buscando.

Porque encontrar una casa no es el objetivo.
