My close friends Ben & Amy are going through it right now. Their French Bulldog Gravy — who is basically family — was just diagnosed with a serious spinal condition and had to undergo emergency surgery out of nowhere. 😔
He made it through, but the road to recovery is long, and the bills are real. All of this while they're raising a 2-year-old and a 1-month-old newborn at home.
If you've ever loved a pet like a member of your family, you already understand why this matters so much. 🐶❤️
Two ways you can help right now:
💛 Donate whatever you can — no amount is too small
🔁 Reshare this post — it's free and it matters more than you know
Link to the GoFundMe is in the comments. Let's help Gravy get back on his feet. Thank you for all your support. 🐾

I am excited to announce a Lease Purchase Program through Home Partners of America!

Have you thought about buying a home but are not ready to make the leap just yet?

If you see a listed property that you would rather rent than buy, Home Partners of America will purchase the home and lease it back to you.

If at any point in the next 5 years you want to purchase the home, you can! If you decide it is not the right fit, you can walk away with no penalty.

Pretty cool right?! If you are thinking of making a move and want to try out this program, click the link below.

Home Partners provides responsible households that cannot obtain a mortgage a transparent path to home ownership. Home Partners will purchase the home for approved residents, lease it to the residents, and provide a right to acquire it during the lease period at pre-determined prices.
