The spring market understood the assignment. 🌷➡️☀️ As we make the seasonal shift into summer, we’re taking a closer look at the latest stats and the 3 trends our team thinks are worth keeping an eye on.

📈 Home prices are still moving in the right direction.
The average sales price is up 2.1% from this time last year and 3.6% from last month, which tells us that home values continue to show steady strength

🏘️ We’re not seeing a flood of new inventory.
The number of homes available for sale remained essentially unchanged from April 2026. That balance is helping support home values while still giving buyers options to choose from.

💬 Activity is picking up.
One of the biggest things we’re noticing is an increase in buyer activity. More showings, more conversations, and more movement across the board are creating a sense that the market is gaining momentum as we head into summer.
