August was all about helping our sellers make the most of their investments. 🏡

We celebrated 3 closings last month, with 2 of those representing sellers who successfully turned their properties into a new opportunity. And with an average list-to-sale price ratio of almost 102% for our listings, we’re especially proud of the results we helped deliver. 👏

Our August closings took us to Beaverton, SE Portland, and, of course, to SW Portland, our home base and one of the areas where we have the deepest roots and expertise. That SW Portland closing was especially exciting because we got to help a wonderful couple become new homeowners there!

🚧 Heads up, Portland! A major I-5 closure is coming this fall.

Starting September 11, all southbound lanes of I-5 through the Rose Quarter will be closed around the clock for up to five weeks while crews complete critical structural repairs and safety improvements. I-5 northbound will remain open, but southbound traffic will be detoured, and significant delays are expected throughout Portland with congestion potentially reaching up to Vancouver.

If you regularly travel through this area, now’s the time to start thinking ahead! Consider adjusting your commute, taking transit, working remotely if possible, or planning an alternate route.

Plan ahead, give yourself extra time, and stay informed before you hit the road. 🚗💨

This one was extra special. 🥹

When Portland rent kept climbing, this sweet trio wasn’t sure how they’d manage. Then Grandma delivered a little miracle, the whole family rallied around them, and Patricia got to help make it happen.

Before we knew it, they were getting the keys to a home of their very own! 🏡✨

It’s so much more than a house. It’s stability, it’s family, and it’s a future they can build together. Patricia couldn't be more honored to have been a part of it all.

What a day! ☀️ We had the BEST time at Multnomah Days last Saturday! It was so much fun meeting so many new faces, catching up with familiar ones, and soaking up all the energy of our favorite neighborhood in Portland.
