I work as a real estate broker for Century 21 North Homes Realty, where I specialize in military relocation, first time home buyers to farmers looking to minimize taxes. With an extensive background in sales and marketing, I have a passion for customer service, negotiations, and always having my clients back. But most importantly, I'm a wife and mom to many animals. Being a military spouse, I know the struggles that military families often experience when buying or selling homes between duty stations. Still thinking its a bad time to buy? How about the seller pays for your closing costs? And gives you a sizeable inspection CREDIT💰 and MAKES REPAIRS 🛠? And have enough extra credits 💰 to buy down your interest rate or pay off some credit cards?? AND how about walking away from closing with a check of excess credits💰that PAYS FOR YOUR FIRST MORTGAGE???? AND STILL BE ABLE TO REFINANCE IF THE RATES CHANGE?
