After college I began buying real estate for a small retail beverage company known as Dutch Bros. At the end of my tenure as Director of Real Estate I had overseen the acquisition and opening of 165 Coffee Outlets across seven states. Over a ten year period this intimate business grew to the largest privately held coffee retailer in the U.S. with a real estate portfolio worth $300 million dollars and an annual development budget of $28 million. Needless to say Real Estate is a passion that run deep in who I am. My business background allows me to expertly guide investors to the perfect property to flip or retain for long term rentals. With years of experience running complex ROI's and capital investment strategies, demographic and trend analysis, and understanding of city codes and ordinances, I can help make dreams realities.

Some random aisle at the national fast food convention in Chicago, or Vegas, or wherever the f**k, our giant corporations found the next Smash Burger, and Chicken and Waffles, and (dare I say) Hawaiian pizza. Behold, the Dubai Chocolate bu****it. Is it good? Of course, it’s been engineered to taste delicious. Is it actually from Dubai? It must be - it’s got pistachios in it! I would like to take a moment of appreciation for our diner’s decision to include mashed potatoes and gravy as a standard side dish for our LASAGNA order at lunch today. This. This right here is truly what America needs. And yes, garlic toast was also included.

19 mile hike around sw portland. SW Trail 4 - SW Trail 7 - Council Crest. Then the Marquam trail to the waterfront and the Springwater home. Caught a lil river otter in Oaks Bottom wildlife refuge.

Incredibly proud of this award from the . At the awards ceremony last night we learned the Mazamas have kept a hiking log beginning in 1912. My 100 hike leads joins over 34,000 logged hikes spanning 114 years and counting. In these times of turmoil it’s important to find community. Proud to be a part of this one, and for creating community along the way.

I made ‘s roast cabbage with Gruyère and Parmesan cheese for the second or third time tonight. It is to die for. Served with salted potatoes and tri tip I found on sale. Frickin yummmm.
