Katie & Jay moved to the PNW from Texas and after condo living downtown they decided they wanted more room for their fur babies. 🐶

We met a year prior to their key 🔑 day & stayed in touch. I connected them with a real estate agent back in Austin while all the stars aligned for them to make their big Washington move into home ownership.

So much gratitude to be a part of these monumental moments. Thanks Jay & Katie! 💕

A few months ago my younger brother came to me and asked if he could rent one of my properties..

My response was “Sure, but I’d rather be your real estate agent than your landlord.. let me help you BUY A HOME” like most people, he wasn’t sure he was “ready” but we made a plan & executed.

Our Mother died when I was just 18 and my brother was 11. I’ve always felt responsible for making sure he’s good and he’s become the man I always knew he would be. Very proud of the way he protects & provides for his family. 🏡

Officially another year older & wiser. 🎉

This birthday has been very quiet. As someone who usually spends the whole month in celebration I was intentional this year about slowing down & focusing on my GOALS.

A day spent doing hot yoga at Wild Reed Yoga eating delicious food from Bobby Brown & a spa day (spent mostly working on offers & emails but still relaxing) was just what was needed.
