This one feels especially close to home. 💚
My sellers were preparing for a cross-country move with three little ones under five—which is more than enough to manage without worrying about getting a house ready to sell at the same time.
So while they focused on packing up their family and making the move, I got to work here. We scheduled the repairs, painting and touch-ups, cleaning, landscaping and staging for immediately after they left, and had the house completely prepped and on the market within a week of their departure.
And somewhere along the way, I became pretty attached to this one. 😂 Moose and I loved our walks down to check on the house and water the garden I planted, and I had so much fun catching up with old friends and meeting neighbors at the open houses.
Eastmoreland will always be special to me. Jenner and Rory went to elementary school here and helping another family close this chapter here felt particularly meaningful.
Yesterday, we officially handed the keys over to the new owners. 🏡
