A little about me… I earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Portland State University. Previously, I was a licensed realtor for six years before choosing to temporarily take time away to focus on raising my three children. My time away from being a licensed realtor was spent remodeling homes, building reproduction turn-of-the-century spec homes, and flipping a few to boot. I have a proven hi
story of residential, rural, and vacation homes and investing in commercial multifamily properties. In recent years, I had the privilege to teach at a school for students affected by autism. I believe my teaching experience has honed creative problem-solving, negotiation, and de-escalation techniques, creating relationships of mutual trust and respect and individualized support to enable desired outcomes, as well as gathering and analyzing data to evaluate personal and environmental conditions which may need to be addressed. During my time away, my intention and desire to return as a Real Estate Broker has never ceased. I am proud to be a Portland Urban Properties Group team member. Our team closes approximately 50 transactions a year and is consistently in the top 5% of agents for the Portland Metro area. We are not a large 10-person 'mega' team of agents and admins; you won't be handed off to an assistant because our success is in large part to provide personalized service!
