Hello friends and followers. What a busy weekend we had at our cute new listing down the street from the Quonset hut! We had 61 people come through two open houses, and already secured a deal with multiple offers over asking price. Our market is proving to be resilient despite the climate of higher interest rates. I am seeing soooo much need for housing with soooo little inventory to choose from. I believe the little dip we had in prices and demand over the winter is over, and it’s back to the races.
