Corey Toney-Knipe Realty ERA Powered I was born and raised in Southwest Washington and have spent nearly my entire life in the Pacific Northwest. My commitment to service began early.

Built on consultative guidance and driven by community impact, I help clients make confident real estate decisions while contributing to stronger, more sustainable communities. I’m proud to serve the communities of Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington; places I know well and care deeply about. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy spending time with my daughter, snowboarding, gardening,

camping, cooking, exploring architecture, and planning community events. At 19, I joined the U.S. Army and was stationed at Fort Lewis, Washington, where I served for four years, including a tour in Iraq. That experience instilled in me the values of discipline, integrity, and dedication to helping others. After completing my service, I attended Portland State University and earned a bachelor's degree in political science. My studies reinforced the importance of public service and the impact that helping others can have on strengthening communities. I later worked in insurance sales, but I realized I wanted a career where I could build deeper, more meaningful relationships with people. That clarity came when I purchased my first home. I quickly recognized that homeownership is one of the most powerful and reliable ways to build long-term wealth. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to help others achieve the same opportunity. Today, my mission is to help individuals and families navigate the path to homeownership with confidence. I believe real estate is more than a transaction—it’s a chance to help people build stability, create wealth, and invest in their future. In 2024, I continued investing in my ability to serve clients by earning an additional degree in Marketing and Advertising, strengthening my ability to market homes effectively and advocate for my clients in a competitive market. I’m committed to serving my clients with honesty, education, and genuine connection while continuing to grow in my profession, leveraging the best available resources, and giving back to the communities that have given so much to me.

My birthday wish this year is that those people who have had everything taken from them can find peace and comfort. And I wish strength to the disaster response teams, and all those who are working to help our neighbors whose lives have been devastated. I wish for community leaders to have wisdom and discernment in coordinating efforts to help those people, and for them to spend their time helping the community, before they spend the time trying to figure out who is to blame.
