There are inspections, credit reports, insurance, taxes, and closing costs – which can range from 3%-6% of the home’s purchase price. Homebuyers may consider skipping the home inspection to make their offer look more appealing to the seller. But I urge you not to skip this step. It means you’ll get the home with potential problems completely unknown to you. Take the time and spend the money for a thorough home inspection, your future self will thank you. And there are other ways to get your offer accepted! I know a few. 😉
