Say hello to VERT - the newest asset to join the Green Cities portfolio!

VERT (meaning 'green' in French) marks the sixth acquisition for Green Cities IV and the second in the LA market this year.

VERT is a 277-unit apartment community built in 2020 and located in Warner Center, a “sub”-urban neighborhood and leading job center in San Fernando Valley.

Power + Light is a 16-story office building originally built in 1972 that was recently renovated in 2016. P+L is located in Portland’s Central Business District, one block from – also known as Portland’s Living Room.

Prescott () is an 155-unit apartment building located in North Portland’s vibrant Overlook neighborhood with easy access to transit and some of Portland’s best restaurants and shopping.

5MLK () located in Portland’s Central Eastside combines P+L and Prescott into a true mixed-use new development with 220 apartments, 119,000 sq. ft. of office space and 14,000 of retail space.
