Time and time again I’m so grateful that I get to be a part of this journey.

There’s just something special about handing off keys and watching clients who have become friends walk through the home knowing it’s TRULY theirs now.

They mentioned that they were going to turn the garage into a theater, so I wanted to sponsor the first movie night and I set them up with popcorn, popcorn seasoning, and candy! 🍿🎥

Photo aside, I’ve had the pleasure of working with these two to bring an Oregonian BACK to Oregon and bring family closer together!

They were so much fun to work with and I couldn’t be more honored to have helped them find their forever home and “home base” for their future travels. 🛫

(They have been to 40 countries, how cool is that? 🤯)

Often forgotten by most buyers, talk to your agent about having the seller cover these.

If you want these covered (it doesn’t have to be $10k, it could be $5k or $3k, it all helps), make sure you talk to your agent about strategically making your offer to include the seller paying for all or some of yours.
