This is our property in Roseburg, OR. We have a 2023 Fleetwood "Eagle" 4 BR, 2 BA, 1,600 sq. ft. Manufactured Home plus a 180 sq. ft. Garage with a 2 BR, 1 BA Apartment, above the Garage, waiting to be placed on the property. Why are they waiting you ask? Due to the timing of the construction, pricing went up for labor and materials to finish this project so we found ourselves $75,000 short. We are on the last phase of this project, and we have searched every avenue we possible can and still fall short. This $75,000 is to pay for the plans for the Apartment, to pay for the Excavation for the Concrete to be poured for both slabs, sidewalk and walkways to and from the house and Garage, and for the Landscaping.
