Ghosts at showings... no thanks!

There is a reason experienced buyers and sellers work with experienced agents! A seller believing the lowest commission, or agent telling them the highest price automatically means the most money in their pocket? That’s the part that actually scares me.

In most circumstances, your house doesn’t sell itself—and choosing a discount agent or discount service based primarily on what they charge, or an elevated list price, can end up costing far more than you save.

When selling your home, the most important number isn’t what your agent earns. It’s what YOU walk away with at closing.
Strategic pricing, exceptional marketing, proper positioning, strong negotiation, and experienced representation can make a significant difference in your final sale price and your overall net.

Saving on commission doesn’t necessarily mean saving money. If paying less for representation results in a lower sale price, weaker terms, missed opportunities, or money left on the table during negotiations, did you actually save anything?

Your agent’s commission is one line on the closing statement.

Your bottom line is the number that matters.
