Our team closed 2 more sales last week! The first was a house in Forest Grove for a close friend of Marissa Andersen. This 4 bed, 2.5 bath has a vaulted living room and updated LVP flooring on the main level.

The second sale was the oceanfront duplex we had listed in Lincoln City. Featuring two bedroom suites with fully updated kitchens on both levels, this property is 5 houses away from beach access with amazing views.

These sales were our 33rd and 34th of the year, meaning we are closing 1 sale per week at this stage. We have been selling homes at that pace for over a year now. Very thankful for all the repeat business and referrals!

Congratulations to Marissa Andersen and her sellers for closing the sale of this 1800 sq ft ranch in Hillsboro last week! This was a difficult sale in some ways but we got to the finish line using contracting partners to do updates, and ultimately substantial repairs, to be able to get the property sold. Our partners were invested in this closing as well and we made sure everyone got out of this one ok. Sometimes things don't go as planned, that's when you see people's true nature. We will stick with our clients and business partners until the job is done. 💪

Congratulations to my clients who just closed on this 1200 sq ft ranch in Forest Grove! This 3 bed, 2 bath has vaulted ceilings in the living room and a spacious yard with an above ground pool. The financing on this deal was very complicated. I structured the deal with a 40 day close because of some additional anticipated requirements for the buyers to be approved and we still needed a couple extra days on top of that. This is yet another reason to have a realtor who is an expert in financing. Normally I provide analysis of lender rates/fees, HOAs, and look at ways to structure deals for the buyer to retain the most cash in their pocket. This was another level above that were I had to anticipate delays when writing the offer itself. I hope my clients will be very happy here!

Congratulations to my clients who just closed on this 4 bed, 3 bath house on a quarter acre in Beaverton! This 3 bed, 2.5 bath was built in 2020 and has an open concept kitchen with an island, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The yard is private with a back patio and firepit. Another beautiful house closed this week! This 3300 sq ft 1942 build in Kings Heights is located in the hills above NW 23rd and all the amenities the Alphabet District and Goose Hollow have to offer! This house has elements of both Tuscan and French Provincial design including exposed beams throughout the dining room and kitchen, a Wolf stove and 2 primary suites with adjoining bathrooms. My clients are moving cross country and I helped them patiently look for the right home since last October. This house came into the right price range to try to make a deal and I managed to negotiate well over $100,000 in price reductions and credits for these buyers. I hope they will be very happy here!

I just closed the biggest sale of my career so far! Congratulations to my clients who just closed on this 4300 sq ft house on 0.4 acres adjacent to First Addition in Lake Oswego! This property is primarily on the main level with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout the kitchen, dining room, living room, and a loft space. I showed these clients around extensively and they realized they wanted this one after a cash offer had already been submitted and countered. I managed to show their family the house a 2nd time and get an offer in within 3 hours and convinced the seller to rescind their counter offer. The next morning the other buyer resubmitted an offer over asking while we were still working through details. We jumped in price and then walked it back the premium down more than half way after inspections. It was a pleasure to help these clients and I hope they will be incredibly happy in their forever home!
