Congratulations to Marissa Andersen and her clients who closed on this 1150 sq ft 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in South Beaverton last week! Located close to Hiteon Elementary, restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores on Scholls Ferry, this neighborhood is very desirable. These buyers got a great deal, we closed the sale of a listing exactly the same size only 2 blocks away for $69,000 more in March! Buy low, sell high. The buyers are contractors and intend to do some renovations before moving in. I hope they will be very happy here!

Two more of our listings closed in the last week! Both of these listings came from past clients. Our property on 190th in Rock Creek had great open house traffic and went pending after the 2nd weekend on market! The deal ended up involving another property being retroactively permitted to sell. We ended up getting past the finish line, I am always learning new things in this business even now in my 10th year of selling real estate. I would say the natural buyer found this house, it couldn't have worked out better for the seller.

Our listing on Hidden Creek near Progress Ridge took a little longer to sell but we got it done! It felt like we had a really good push towards the end of summer with all our listings of houses and townhomes selling very close together in time. Most real estate teams did not have the same experience. Preparation for market, correct pricing and actively marketing listings are the biggest indicators if a listing will sell. Congratulations to our happy clients!

Our team closed 2 more sales this week! The first house was a multiple offer situation in Multnomah Village. This 1600 sq ft 3 bed, 2 bath, cosmetic fixer has amazing curb appeal and a very private yard, while being walkable to the restaurants, coffee shops etc in the village. I hope my buyers will be very happy there!

The 2nd sale was our listing in Bull Mountain Meadows near Progress Ridge. Also a cosmetic fixer, this 1600 sq ft, 3 bed, 2 bath house with 20 foot vaulted ceilings sold in 2 days! We had a full priced offer within hours of being listed. I had told the eventual buyers about the property a week before it was listed and it was the perfect fit for them! Congrats to everyone involved!

Congratulations to my clients who just closed on this 1700 sq ft 3 bedroom home in Sherwood! This house received several offers but I was able to tailor an offer to meet the seller's needs. This home features a vaulted living room, with an updated kitchen and remodeled bathrooms. The yard has a tropical theme, with producing banana trees and other exotic plants, and the house backs to a park. When we won the bidding war, the listing agent said I was "the only agent who had listened." Getting the most desirable homes is not always about the price. I hope my buyers will be very happy here!

Our team closed 2 more sales last week! The first was a house in Forest Grove for a close friend of Marissa Andersen. This 4 bed, 2.5 bath has a vaulted living room and updated LVP flooring on the main level.

The second sale was the oceanfront duplex we had listed in Lincoln City. Featuring two bedroom suites with fully updated kitchens on both levels, this property is 5 houses away from beach access with amazing views.

These sales were our 33rd and 34th of the year, meaning we are closing 1 sale per week at this stage. We have been selling homes at that pace for over a year now. Very thankful for all the repeat business and referrals!

Congratulations to Marissa Andersen and her sellers for closing the sale of this 1800 sq ft ranch in Hillsboro last week! This was a difficult sale in some ways but we got to the finish line using contracting partners to do updates, and ultimately substantial repairs, to be able to get the property sold. Our partners were invested in this closing as well and we made sure everyone got out of this one ok. Sometimes things don't go as planned, that's when you see people's true nature. We will stick with our clients and business partners until the job is done. 💪

Congratulations to my clients who just closed on this 1200 sq ft ranch in Forest Grove! This 3 bed, 2 bath has vaulted ceilings in the living room and a spacious yard with an above ground pool. The financing on this deal was very complicated. I structured the deal with a 40 day close because of some additional anticipated requirements for the buyers to be approved and we still needed a couple extra days on top of that. This is yet another reason to have a realtor who is an expert in financing. Normally I provide analysis of lender rates/fees, HOAs, and look at ways to structure deals for the buyer to retain the most cash in their pocket. This was another level above that were I had to anticipate delays when writing the offer itself. I hope my clients will be very happy here!
