A warm coat, a cozy blanket. For the less fortunate, these items are essential to making it
through the winter. Windermere’s annual Share the Warmth campaign helps fill the gap for the
less fortunate. Now through December 16, our brokers are collecting coats, blankets, and
other warm items to provide local charities with winter necessities for community members in
need.

Drop off Location: Windermere Community Realty 2105 NE Cesar E. Chavez Blvd. Suite 220 Portland OR. Drop off day and times: Mon. - Fri., 9:00- am - 5:00 pm.

Property Management Assistant / Front Desk Receptionist.

Practice open, respectful and honest communications. Demonstrate commitment to personal and professional development
Demonstrate support of profitable and successful organizational operation. Act and demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and willingness to help out.

Front Desk Reception:

Provide customer service for the Brokers and visitors.
Manage phone calls, mail, email and route accordingly.
Keep office area clean and stocked with supplies.
General cleanliness and upkeep of staff areas and break room.
Create, file and maintain documents as needed.
Work with Corporate Team on all other duties as assigned.

Property Management Assistant:

Process rental deposits.
Create, file and maintain documents/notice's as needed.
Provide administrative support with Property Management Team.
Work with Property Management Team on all other duties as assigned.

Essential Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, oral and written.
Professional, discreet, warm demeanor.
Familiarity with some record-keeping and general office functions.
Exceptional customer service, time management, and organizational skills.
Efficient and comfortable working under minimal supervision.
Tactful, confidential, flexible team player.
Practice open, respectful and honest communications.
Experience with MS Office; willingness to learn new software.
Basic understanding of Real Estate and Property Management desired.

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on experience
Part-time with excellent potential for Full-time

Windermere’s annual Share the Warmth campaign helps fill the gap for the less fortunate. Now through December 21, our company and brokers are raising funds virtually to help local charities purchase winter necessities for community members in need.

Thanks to a challenge from Quiet Rein Riding School, the equestrian community and their friends throughout the Portland metro area came together to contribute to our Share the Warmth Coat & Blanket Drive. Together, they collected an impressive 514 items for those in need this winter! Transition Projects will distribute the coats and blankets to low-income and homeless community members.
