We love working with our seller Relay Resources! Congrats on another successful closing!

It’s no surprise that the ice storm at the end of January put a damper on real estate in Portland for several days, and this one was no exception. We worked hard to prep this sweet home for listing. Although the weather caused a few delays and headaches along the way, it didn’t stop the demand.

Once on market, the weather turned both literally and figuratively! After only a few days on market, we received multiple offers and sold over full price.

I love when things come full circle.

I sold this sweet Rose City Bungalow to Ewa 21 years ago. This year she decided she was ready to move back to her birth country in Europe. She was so overwhelmed by the thought of getting the house ready to show that she considered selling it to a developer for $350,000. I convinced her to let me hold it open one time for 2 hours to see if we could do better. Listed at $389,000 and sold for $425,000! I just love stories like this. Congratulations Ewa, we will miss you here in Portland but wish you many fun adventures!
