Congrats to my clients, Lynn, Kate & Lauren! We had a whole, big, war-time strategy laid out involving writing letters to off-market homes, door knocking, etc... and then this sweet gem (which I actually knew from years ago, when friends lived there) glided gracefully onto the market, and into our arms! ...ok, we still had to fight for it, but it happened so much sooner than we anticipated. 😄 Thank you for your trust AGAIN, K & L!
